Membership Agreement

Parties

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the person who registers as a user on this site. The Agreement enters into force upon the user's electronic acceptance and will remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Agreement.

Subject and Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the general terms of use, general rules, and legal responsibilities of the parties for all services you will receive from our site. The agreement should be read before membership and use of the site, and the site should not be used if the stated terms are not in accordance with the user's will. By registering on the site, filling out the form containing personal information, or using the site, the user is deemed to have accepted the written terms. Our site reserves the right to change, recreate, or discontinue the publication of any services, product information, terms of use, and content on the site without prior notice. All changes made to the Agreement enter into force with the date of publication on the site. This site provides only online services and offers instant (no shipping - online) delivery. Any service that cannot be completed for any reason will be completed within a minimum of 30 days after informing the user. If the service cannot be completed, it will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. The user reserves the right to exercise their rights under the Consumer Protection Law, to the extent applicable.

General Use

Unless otherwise stated, services provided through the site are subject to a fee. In cases of legal obligation or in the situations listed below, the user's access to the site may be blocked; the user reserves their legal rights against the person(s) who perform, attempt, or participate in the following:

Recording information or content that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading, contains statements contrary to general moral rules, and contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey;

Copying the site content in whole or in part;

The user is directly responsible for any damages arising from sharing their username, password, and usage rights with third parties (including the use of the system by someone other than the user). Furthermore, the user may not use the identity information, email address, or IP address of another person, nor may they access or use the private information of other users. Otherwise, the user is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise.

The use of software, activities, attempts, or attempts to obtain, delete, or modify information that threatens the security of other users, disrupts, endangers, or hinders the operation of the site are prohibited.

Use

Users and visitors may not engage in any actions that prevent or hinder the use of the site, force access through automated programs, or attempt fraudulent activities. Otherwise, they accept that their membership will be terminated and that they will be liable for all legal and criminal consequences. Backing up messages exchanged with the site is the responsibility of the users and is recommended to prevent any kind of loss. The site cannot be held responsible for the loss, deletion, or damage of message content. User deletion or membership cancellation can be initiated by the user creating a support request. Users requesting this process accept that there is no going back and lose their access to the site. However, the site may decide not to delete any records belonging to the user who requested deletion. Users cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding deleted accounts. The Site reserves the right to contact the user through all communication channels provided during registration for communication, marketing, notification, and other purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing. By accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges and declares that the Site may engage in the aforementioned communication activities directed at them, unless otherwise notified in writing. Furthermore, the Site may establish different rules and obligations for specific services. Users who utilize these services are deemed to have accepted them in advance. The Site reserves all rights arising from relevant legislation. Any actions to the contrary will result in legal and criminal liability.

Service Continuity

To ensure the continuity of its services, the Site may unilaterally make changes to the Agreement without prior notification; it reserves the right to permanently or temporarily suspend the service, change its content, or cancel it at any time without giving any reason. These changes will take effect from the moment of publication, will be updated on this page with their date, and will be notified to users via email or SMS if deemed necessary. The Site's liability to the user terminates without any further notification from the moment any of the termination reasons occur.
